This special series of drawings by Quentin Blake are portraits of imagined foundling children.
Having produced over 40 portraits, he depicts his subjects with sensitivity and without explanation, giving us space as viewers to contemplate each of them as individuals.
Sir Quentin Blake, CBE is one of Britain's best-loved illustrators. In 2020, in recognition of his life-long commitment to children's wellbeing, he became the Foundling Museum's Hogarth Foundling Fellow.
